Cider braised pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and slow roasted in a hard cider sauce

House made kraut red cabbage slowly braised in apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, and caramelized onions

Sweet and tart apples Granny Smith apples caramelized in their own sugars and finished with a touch of vinegar

Flank steak grilled to medium and topped with chimichurri

Summer succotash halved cherry tomatoes, lima beans, white corn, blue lake beans and red bell peppers
