Creamy, purple and full of protein, this blueberry smoothie is quick to make, full of pantry and freezer staples and perfectly filling to power you throughout your day.
2 cups oat milk
1 cup cup rolled oats
2 ½ cups frozen blueberries
2 scoops protein powder
⅓ cup almonds, soaked overnight
- Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a high powered blender starting with protein powder, almonds, oats, blueberries and finally the oat milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
- If you have sour strawberries add one tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten.
