Creamy, purple and full of protein, this blueberry smoothie is quick to make, full of pantry and freezer staples and perfectly filling to power you throughout your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk

  • 1 cup cup rolled oats

  • 2 ½ cups frozen blueberries

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • ⅓ cup almonds, soaked overnight

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into the bowl of a high powered blender starting with protein powder, almonds, oats, blueberries and finally the oat milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

  • If you have sour strawberries add one tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten.
