minutesThis smoothie is caulk full of healthy goodness with greens, cucumber, cauliflower, loads of tropical fruit and orange juice. This green smoothie will become a staple in your weekly breakfast rotation.
Ingredients
½ bunch kale
½ English cucumber, cut into chunks
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup pineapple chunks + juice
2 scoops protein powder
½ cup orange juice
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a high powered blender, starting with protein powder, then kale, cucumber, and the remaining ingredients adding the pineapple and orange juice last. Place the lid on the blender and blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
- If you have sour strawberries add one tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten.
