Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup oat milk

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 medium apple, diced

Directions

  • In a small bowl combine oats, oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to eat, top with diced apples.

Notes

  • If you prefer to enjoy your oatmeal hot, microwave for 1 minute before topping with diced apples.
