½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
2/3 cup oat milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 medium apple, diced
- In a small bowl combine oats, oat milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with diced apples.
- If you prefer to enjoy your oatmeal hot, microwave for 1 minute before topping with diced apples.
