This smoothie is creamy, filling and full of protein. We love making this when we want a sweet breakfast smoothie that reminds us of our favorite strawberry cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 ½ cup oat milk

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • ½ can coconut cream

Directions

  • In the bowl of a high powered blender, add all of the ingredients starting with the protein powder, followed by the oats, strawberries, coconut cream and finally the oat milk. Secure the lid and blend on until smooth.

  • If you have sour strawberries add one tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten.
