Our ENHANCE oil is filtered, and produced from Hojiblanca olives that were harvested in November 2019. Certified by the California Olive Oil Council, the resulting EVOO has herbaceous notes of artichoke and green almond. PRMRY’s bottles are sealed with a wooden closure, and made of glass coated with eco-friendly, organic, UV spray.
