Our sea salt is hand-harvested in Colima, Mexico by Los Salineros with respect for tradition and the generations who came before them. In 1925 a co-operative was formed to ensure things remain this way and to give everyone a fair price for their hard work. Our salt’s balance of natural minerals and sodium are perfect for elevating every dish every day. Raked from beds and dried only by the sun these granules are easily broken between the fingers or you can leave them whole as a finishing salt.
